Rick Meraw
Rick Meraw, a native to the Toronto Canada area. I have been in the PCB industry for over 29 years, primarily in the Quality Assurances arena. I have gathered a lot of know how over the years and my information gathering / learning never stops. I am a strong believer that data drives success. @ Gardien we use this data to drive process improvements.
My current role in Gardien Goup is VP of Quality & R/D, the role entails the typical quality activities as well as tying in western operations with easter operations based on the market requirements. This ensures our customers have a seamless level of quality of service wherever they send their products for processing. What is learned in one location is transferred to others to ensure a never-ending learning process. Typically, the information flows through our work instructions and our employee awareness programs.
In my free time I enjoy hockey, camping, and hiking.
